Board of Directors

The principal role of our Board of Directors is to establish our orientations and ensure that they are respected.

Members of our volunteer Board of Directors must ensure :

  • the pertinence, the quality and the effectiveness of services offered;
  • the efficient and pertinent use of human, material and financial resources;
  • the respect of the rights of users and the diligent treatment of their complaints;
  • the participation, motivation, valorisation, and maintenance of skills and the   development of human resources.
