• I have been working for the Centre de santé et de services sociaux du Val-Saint-François for twelve years. I have had the opportunity to work in different sectors such as:  school and influenza vaccinations, regular nursing services and home-based care. I appreciate the autonomy permitted by working in a CLSC. My clinical judgement is used to its fullest and my fields of interest are respected. • I have been working for the Centre de santé et de services sociaux du Val-Saint-François since 2001, and since 2004 as a community organizer. Thanks to my work, the CSSS is very involved in the community. I work on various dossiers and projects (Québec en forme, the community resources directory, Place aux jeunes, Canadian Tire Foundation’s Good Start program, etc.). I organize various activities such as coffee clutches with parents, I am an active member of the Family Committee of the city of Windsor, I participate in collaborative planning among partner organizations and groups, and I am implicated in prevention programmes (among others, the Healthy Schools approach).
  
  It is also important for me to be involved within the establishment. I sat for three years on the Board of Directors, am a member of the executive of the Multi-disciplinary Council and also of the executive of the union.  As the work climate is important for me, I have participated in the Well-being Committee for the past five years. My objective is to emphasize recognition while at the same time bringing new ideas for the well-being of the establishment’s workers.
