Complaint concerning a doctor

Special rules apply in the case of a complaint concerning a doctor who practises in our establishment. The person in our establishment responsible for the respect of users’ rights transfers the complaint to a medical examiner mandated to analyse it and to respond to it.

Do you need help filing a complaint?

Ask someone (a family member, friend, etc.) to accompany you and assist you.

Ask the person in our establishment who is responsible for the respect of users’ rights to help you formulate your complaint.

Ask the Users’ Committee of the establishment to help you: it oversees the respect of the rights of every person who uses our services.

To ask the Users’ Committee for help, call 819 542-2777, poste 55032.  Leave a message on this voice mail reserved exclusively for the Users’ Committee.  One of its volunteer members will return your call.
